Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Physical Returns

QueueStream provides digital software access — not physical products. There are no product returns, replacements, or shipments applicable under this policy.

Free Trials

  • New customers may receive a free trial (duration mentioned at signup).
  • You can cancel your trial anytime before it ends — no payment will be charged.
  • Once a paid subscription begins, this refund policy applies.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via your Admin Dashboard or by emailing support@queuestream.pro.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • You retain full access to QueueStream until the paid period expires.
  • No further renewals or charges occur unless you resubscribe.

Automatic Renewals

  • All paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Renewal reminders are sent via email.
  • Cancel at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

Refund Policy

QueueStream follows a no automatic refund policy, as service access is delivered instantly upon payment. Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate or accidental payment — 100% refund after verification.
  • Technical failure (no service access for more than 3 consecutive days, verified by QueueStream logs) — pro-rata or full refund at QueueStream's discretion.
  • Legal requirement under applicable consumer law — as required by regulation.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Partial use of a subscription period (mid-cycle cancellations).
  • Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to service performance.
  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal.
  • Trial-to-paid conversions after trial expiry.

All refund decisions are final once processed.

Refund Process

If eligible, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days from approval.
  • The refund is issued to the original payment method only.
  • Processing timelines may vary based on your bank, card network, or payment gateway.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email billing@queuestream.pro with your business name, registered email address, payment date and invoice number, and reason for the request.
  • Our billing team will verify and respond within 3–5 business days.

Enterprise & Custom Contracts

  • Refunds and cancellations for annual or enterprise clients are governed by the individual service agreement.
  • Early termination may include commitment or setup fees.
  • Refer to your specific contract terms for full details.

Data Access After Cancellation

  • After cancellation, your account data is accessible for 90 days for export (queue records, reports, feedback).
  • After 90 days, all associated data is permanently deleted from QueueStream servers.
  • Backups may remain securely stored for an additional 30 days before full deletion.

Changes to This Policy

QueueStream may update this policy from time to time to align with business practices or legal requirements. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of QueueStream after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
