QueueStream is a cloud-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform. We provide digital software access — not physical goods. Therefore, there is no physical shipping or courier delivery applicable to any of our products or subscriptions. All services are delivered electronically upon successful registration or payment confirmation.
Upon successful payment or activation: • Your QueueStream account is automatically provisioned on our secure cloud servers. • You will receive an email confirmation containing: - Account activation details or credentials - Admin dashboard login link - Support and onboarding contact information Access is typically available instantly or within 1–2 business hours after payment verification. For enterprise or custom plans, activation and setup may take 1–2 business days, depending on configuration requirements.
All QueueStream services are delivered digitally through our web and mobile applications. Clients can log in via https://app.queuestream.pro or the mobile app. You will have access to all modules and features as per your subscription plan. There is no shipping charge or physical product delivery involved.
For enterprise clients or those opting for custom setup: • The onboarding team will coordinate configuration and data migration timelines. • Estimated delivery or onboarding period: 3–7 business days (depending on project scope). • Clients will be notified of setup progress via email and account dashboard.
Our support team assists with: • Account activation verification • Initial configuration of queues, branches, and services • Display and announcement setup • Admin training All onboarding communication happens digitally via email or remote session. No physical visit or hardware shipment is included unless agreed upon in a separate service contract.
While most activations are instant, delays may occur in rare cases such as: • Payment gateway verification delays • Network or server downtime • Incorrect registration details If activation takes longer than 24 hours, please contact us at support@queuestream.pro with your payment ID or invoice number. Our support team will resolve the issue promptly.
If you have successfully made payment but have not received access credentials or activation details within 24 hours: • Check your email inbox and spam folder for the activation message. • If not found, contact our team at support@queuestream.pro. • We will verify the payment and manually activate your account.
QueueStream is available globally and can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. Regional language and timezone preferences can be configured within the admin dashboard. There are no geographical restrictions on digital delivery (unless prohibited by applicable export laws).
Some optional integrations (SMS gateways, email APIs, etc.) may require additional setup timelines or third-party account activations. In such cases, delivery depends on the external provider’s verification process.
